World Food Forum by FAO

We had the honor of participating in the World Food Forum organized by the FAO, a global platform dedicated to shaping agrifood systems for a sustainable future. This event, which brings together policy makers, scientists, and innovators, played a pivotal role in discussing solutions for food security and nutrition.

In the context of these critical conversations, Project FEED showcased its cutting-edge research on sustainable products derived from sprouts, which offer significant health benefits and support the Mediterranean diet.

The interaction between policy makers and scientists during the forum was crucial in addressing the future of food security. By fostering dialogue and collaboration, we can better align scientific innovations with policy frameworks to create sustainable, resilient food systems. Project FEED's work on sprout-based technologies highlights the potential for healthier diets while promoting environmentally friendly practices, crucial to achieving global nutrition goals.
